If something is not working as expected, send an email with the issue details. Screenshots are helpful when the problem is visual, but please avoid sharing sensitive prompt content unless it is necessary.

What to Include

The browser you are using and your Promptab extension version.
The site where the issue happened: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or another supported page.
Whether you were signed in and whether onboarding/self-tag setup was complete.
The error message, request ID, or approximate time when the issue happened.
A screenshot or short screen recording if the issue is hard to describe in text.

Common Support Topics

Google sign-in or account access issues.
Sync not updating prompts, folders, favorites, options, or history.
Prompt insertion or rail behavior on supported AI chat pages.
Finding the in-app data deletion control under Settings > Privacy.

Privacy Note

Support reports do not automatically include saved prompts or recent history. Only include prompt content if you choose to share it for troubleshooting.
